2 | cups | cabbage, finely shredded | |

2 | cups | lettuce, finely shredded | |

1 | cup | Thousand Island dressing, divided | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | caraway seed | |
|

8 | ounces | cooked deli corned beef, sliced and chopped | |

|||
3 | hard cooked eggs, sliced | ||
|
|||
4 | ounces | Swiss cheese, shredded | |
|
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, lettuce, 1/4 cup dressing and caraway seed. Place half of the mixture in a medium bowl.
Layer half of the corned beef, remaining cabbage mixture, remaining corned beef, egg slices and cheese. Spread remaining dressing evenly over top of salad. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 24 hours.
