1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened | |

1 | tablespoon | orange marmalade | |
|
|||
1-1/2 | teaspoons | curry powder | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt, optional | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | white pepper | |
|
|||
2 | cups | boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and finely chopped | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | green onion, minced | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | celery, minced | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | chopped toasted almonds or chopped fresh parsley | |
|
|||

|
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, marmalade, curry powder, salt if desired and pepper until smooth. Stir in chicken, onions and celery. Shape into a ball. Roll in almonds.
Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
