1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | sweet pickle relish | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | prepared mustard | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | fresh chopped chives | |
|
Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and place in bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients, except chives; mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves; sprinkle with chives.
