1/4 | cup | red onion, chopped | |

2 | teaspoons | fresh parsley, minced | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | lime juice | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
In a bowl combine corn, green pepper, onion, parsley, juice, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with fish.
